No Pass Syndrome (NPS) started out as an inside joke among friends. Today, NPS Basketball is the Collectibles division of Chang Enterprises.net

The COVID-19 Pandemic changed everything. For over 10 years, Chang Enterprises primary focus has always been technical consulting for small businesses, during the pandemic every client either went under or decided to significantly downsize.  After a SBA loan, we decide to adapt and rebrand to focus on collectibles.

What is NPS? Growing up in the 90s, everything had an acronym. NPS was just a phrase we used while playing 3 on 3 pick up basketball games (shout out to my homie, Pranil). If a person didn't pass the ball, he would have NPS. Hence, No Pass Syndrome. The joke was NPS was contiguous, once one player was infected, the entire team would have the disease.
